Senior Cosmetic Ingredient Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cosmetic Ingredient Analyst to lead the development of innovative natural cosmetic active ingredients and conduct analytical studies. This individual will join a dynamic team of scientists in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement physicochemical and chromatographic techniques to identify, characterize, and quantify active substances.
- Review scientific literature, conduct experiments, analyze data, create reports, and make presentations to team members and colleagues.
- Participate in patent review and redaction, create product specifications, and work closely with other R&D team members.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of the IFF Quality Management System.
- MSc/Engineer/PhD in Chemistry with 10+ years of experience.
- Strong skills in development and chemical analysis of natural active ingredients.
- Excellent knowledge of natural active ingredients and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Innovation and proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and collaborative spirit.
- Effective communication in French and English, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
