Cosmetic Efficacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cosmetic Efficacy and Claim Manager to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our scientific team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the claims of our natural cosmetic and fragrance ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute testing strategies to substantiate claims for our natural cosmetic and fragrance ingredients
- Select and manage partners, design efficacy test protocols, and lead efficacy studies
- Drive and prioritize projects, stakeholders, costs, and time to achieve goals
- Analyze data, create reports, and transform data into actionable information to inform claim recommendations
- Present findings to internal teams, customers, and at scientific congresses
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop communication materials
- Work closely with team members to drive IP strategy and participate in international multi-functional teams
- MSc in Biology or Pharmacist - PhD in Biology
- 15+ years of experience in cosmetic ingredients evaluation and claim substantiation
- Strong knowledge of natural active ingredients and their cosmetic uses
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and drive cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
