About the Role

The Risk Management Specialist - Capital and Business Risk will be responsible for monitoring the impacts of main regulatory developments and participation in Group remediation projects on the subject (CRR, SREP, ICAAP/ILAAP, etc.).

The role will also involve working closely with other Enterprise Risk Managers for the deliverables across the Group.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management frameworks including financial and non-financial risks, and experience in Capital Management projects & analysis of new regulatory frameworks.

They will also have good communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate reviews and convey complex risk assessments to stakeholders (business, finance department, risk department, regulatory affairs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the impacts of main regulatory developments
  • Participate in Group remediation projects
  • Work closely with other Enterprise Risk Managers
  • Convey complex risk assessments to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in topics related to risk and capital management in the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks including financial and non-financial risks
  • Experience in Capital Management projects & analysis of new regulatory frameworks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
