About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Risk Analyst to join our team at Natixis. As a Junior Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring the portfolio's risks on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and preparing risk reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Risk Monitoring: You will monitor the portfolio's risks on a daily basis, including regulatory and internal ratios, tracking error, VaR, and Stress Tests.
- Policy Check: You will ensure that quantitative strategy rebalancing is compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Reports: You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly risk reports.
- Tool Maintenance: You will maintain and adapt tools to new needs, including regulatory changes and new portfolios.
- IT Collaboration: You will work with the IT team to develop and improve risk management tools.
- Regulatory Watch: You will monitor regulatory developments to ensure our compliance.
Required Skills
- Education: Master's degree in finance, mathematics, or engineering.
- Technical skills: Proficient in office tools, including VBA, SQL, Python, and Matlab.
- Personal qualities: Rigorous, adaptable, and strong ability to work across teams.
- Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
