Are you an experienced Project Planner seeking a new challenge? Our project team, focused on significant HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) initiatives, is looking for your expertise.
Role Overview:
As part of the lead Project Management team, you will:
- Oversee the scheduling function for the VINCI Consortium.
- Coordinate and mentor the schedulers from Consortium members.
- Serve as the primary contact for the main Consortium leader's scheduler.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement planning procedures, including scheduling, progress monitoring, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and project calendars.
- Establish planning setups, including structures, codes, task identification, durations, logic, contractual/financial milestones, and critical path methodologies.
- Regularly update the project baseline.
- Set up progress tools based on deliverables, specific steps, physical progress, elapsed time, and cost management.
- Conduct planning and progress control, including periodic schedule updates, delay analysis, and leading project schedule meetings.
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports.
- Ensure the integration of VINCI schedules into the overall Consortium schedule.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and the Office suite.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a schedule manager on EPC projects, preferably in Oil & Gas or Power Generation sectors exceeding €50 million.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders, including clients, partners, and subcontractors.
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to define and implement effective processes.
- Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is essential, as it is the contract language and the medium for all communications. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
