About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director to join our team at DUCASSE Paris. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of hospitality and customer satisfaction in our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all staff members are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Participate in the daily service and ensure that all aspects of the restaurant are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and develop a team of staff members, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is operating within budget.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Hospitality or a related field and have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or as a Maître d'Hôtel in a high-end restaurant.
- Have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and be familiar with the latest trends and best practices.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
