About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Portfolio Specialist to join our team in the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) office. As a Portfolio Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving portfolio management, underwriting analytics, and governance for the Business Unit APAC (Asia Pacific) and Europe at AXA XL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and monitor product portfolios to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the Underwriting Analytics team to deliver ad-hoc portfolio deep dives and support product CUOs on operational goals and key projects.
  • Support product CUOs in the financial planning process and deliberate portfolio construction strategy.
  • Participate in the review and updates of permanent ongoing underwriting product strategies.
  • Drive transversal topics for the CUO Office, including Underwriting Business Reviews, inception dates reporting, portfolio deep-dives, and thematic reviews.
  • Lead the delivery of key strategic initiatives working closely with cross-functional teams.
