Key Responsibilities:- Act as Parexel's direct point of contact with assigned sites, ensuring quality and delivery during the start-up phase.
- Build relationships with investigators and site staff, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct feasibility and site qualification activities, including preparation, negotiation, and facilitation of Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs) and Clinical Site Agreements (CSAs).
- Generate visit/contact reports, identifying site issues and implementing problem-solving strategies to resolve them.
- Develop and implement strategies for site activation, patient recruitment, and retention, ensuring timely and accurate completion of project goals.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with ICH-GCP and applicable international and local regulations.
- Delegate administrative tasks to the Administrative Support Team as needed, guiding and reviewing their work.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals, providing strategy for efficient project planning and goal completion.
- Site Management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research, with a strong understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology.
- Educated to degree level (biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification or other equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively seek guidance when necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally within a client organization.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a matrix environment and value the importance of teamwork.
