Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Alternance Contract
SOPREMA Entreprises, a leading manufacturer and distributor of construction products in France, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Customer Service team in a alternance contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, handling invoices, and assisting with administrative tasks. You will work closely with a team of professionals and gain exposure to different aspects of commercial sectors to enhance your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders by processing, recording, and confirming with customers
- Organize and oversee deliveries in collaboration with logistics providers
- Verify invoices from suppliers and service providers
- Generate invoices, monitor payments, and manage customer collections
- Record service invoices in the enterprise resource planning system
- Perform various administrative duties
Profile:
We are looking for a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in commerce, management, or logistics. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards teamwork. Politeness, punctuality, and excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this alternance role with us.
