About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales and Programs Manager to join our team at EURENCO. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and delivering successful programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Manage and retain a diverse portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Pilot the execution of programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
  • Negotiate and establish long-term contracts with clients, analyzing internal requirements on a case-by-case basis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of programs
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in a commercial field (business school or engineering school)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the industry sector
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
