Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: You will be responsible for leading a team of 15 technical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our insurance business.
- Performance Management: You will be responsible for driving performance improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and agent network engagement.
- Team Management: You will be responsible for managing and developing the skills of your team members, ensuring they have the necessary competencies to deliver excellent results.
- Project Management: You will be responsible for managing specific projects and/or technical files, sharing your expertise to ensure the achievement of set objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: You will be responsible for engaging with internal stakeholders, including the market and Assurances Direction, to initiate requests for arbitration on high-stakes cases.
