Job Summary

The CHR d'Orléans is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Accounting and Internal Control Manager. As a key member of the Finance Department, you will be responsible for leading the accounting and internal control functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the accounting team in the preparation and presentation of financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.

  • Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial plans and budgets.

  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Accounting or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and internal control.

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a healthcare organization.

  • Knowledge of financial software and systems.

  • Certification in accounting or internal control.
