We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Manager Hydrogène Vert to join our team at ENGIE Solutions. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the deployment and operation of our hydrogen production and distribution installations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the internal project management role for projects in the realization and operation phases, ensuring the coordination of internal and external stakeholders, risk management, and compliance with quality processes and internal guidelines.
- Participate in the development of new projects led by the Business Development team, providing expertise on financial, contractual, and risk aspects, and validating project partnership schemes.
- Pilot the deployment of installations in the realization phase, working closely with project managers and technical teams: animate project teams, track action plans, prepare and animate steering committees, risk reviews, contract reviews, and financial reviews; synthesize arbitration elements for management; manage relationships with final clients and external stakeholders; track and manage risks; participate in contract drafting, contract execution, and potential disputes; track expenses and planning; in case of deviations, propose palliative or mitigating solutions in collaboration with technical teams; manage consultation, negotiation, and contractualization for exploitation-maintenance services, electrical supply, and backup hydrogen.
- Pilot the operation phases of installations, working closely with operations engineers and technical teams: animate project teams, track action plans; prepare and animate steering committees, risk reviews, contract reviews, and financial reviews; synthesize arbitration elements for management; manage relationships with clients and external stakeholders; track sales, manage contractual and commercial relationships with final clients/users; track and manage risks; track and manage contracts with contractors, maintainers, service providers, electrical suppliers, backup hydrogen suppliers, etc.; track business plans, pilot and update operational accounts and cash flow plans; propose optimizations; track asset performance, produce KPI reporting, and update dashboards; propose performance improvement.
- Pilot and administer project companies: ensure a relationship of trust and transparency with co-shareholders; structure hydrogen ecosystem projects and pilot the creation of project companies and associated legal documents (pacts, statutes, conventions) with the support of lawyers; manage project company administration; pilot governance, prepare and animate follow-up and direction committees, and produce CRs; ensure, with control teams, financial management of the company (operational account, cash flow forecast, funding calls, etc.); pilot and track the procurement, invoicing, and payment process for services on behalf of the company; pilot the execution of subsidy programs obtained and ensure requested reporting.
- Contribute to the life of the Operations Directorate: participate in performance reviews; participate in team meetings; be a reference on key subjects for the Directorate; pilot transverse projects and/or working groups.
- Represent ENGIE and/or project companies externally, at salons, in institutional working groups, etc.; be an ambassador for our projects.
