We are looking for an innovative and driven Educational Experience Architect to enhance our Education Experience team.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of instructional design methodologies, demonstrate proficiency with digital content creation tools, and exhibit a strong enthusiasm for technology-enhanced education.
The Educational Experience Architect collaborates closely with Education Program Designers, each focusing on one of five key themes: Sound, Industry, Business, Digital & AI, and Human Skills.
This role will be involved in various educational programs throughout their lifecycle, from initial conception and design to implementation and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess learners' needs and preferences to customize digital content.
- Revise and update existing digital learning resources based on feedback and evaluation data.
- Employ a range of software to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, interactive simulations, and other digital materials.
- Oversee the translation of digital content using automated translation tools, ensuring expert validation.
- Work closely with education program designers and stakeholders to identify learning requirements.
- Partner with subject matter experts and education program managers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Facilitate onboarding for education program managers from various teams with limited pedagogical experience.
- Support trainers in mastering their roles across different learning formats and experiences.
Educational Standards:
- Contribute to the establishment of educational standards at L-Acoustics.
- Stay informed about current trends, technologies, and tools in digital learning.
- Ensure that all digital learning materials comply with accessibility standards.
- Participate in the development of our Digital Education Platform based on the 360 Learning solution, which serves as an online hub for trainees, trainers, learning designers, and training center managers.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related discipline.
- Possess native or proficient English language skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency with digital authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.
- Exhibit the ability to write effective instructional copy, audio scripts, and video scripts.
- Display strong interpersonal and communication skills.
