Ceva Animal Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Management Office Lead to join our Corporate IT department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of our projects, supporting the IT department in scaling up in terms of organization, methods, and processes, and helping steer the business.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the implementation and proper execution of project processes, methods, and tools within the IT Department.
- Coordinate PMO best practices with operational project managers.
- Support and develop the project methodology and associated documentation.
- Manage and develop project management tools.
- Report on project activity performance within the IT Department.
- Participate in the Group's PMO community.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and the implementation of best practices within the organization.
We are looking for a candidate with a 5-year higher education qualification in general engineering or IT, and at least 5 years' experience in project management. You should have experience with project methods and project management tools, as well as a proven knowledge of quality management in the pharmaceutical environment. You should also demonstrate rigor, organization, methodology, and ability to synthesize, as well as communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership.
