About This Role

This role plays a pivotal part in coordinating in-house agency production, ensuring seamless communication and successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking skills, be fluent in both French and English, and have experience or interest in luxury, wine & spirits industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage content projects from beginning to end, guaranteeing clear communication and satisfactory results.
  • Be accountable for successful project completion.
  • Estimate time plans and oversee project budget to meet client expectations.
  • Review project resources and assess working methods for improvement.
  • Own project meetings and handle asset delivery to internal clients.
  • Be responsible for external resources administration.
Requirements:
  • Effectively manage individual and project workloads with executional rigor and multitasking skills.
  • Craft engaging stories from complex material and communicate ideas to clients.
  • Clearly articulate ideas and possess experience or interest in luxury, wine & spirits industries.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
