Your Responsibilities
  • Act as a Technical Solutions Consultant or Field Application Engineer for clients in the Automotive, Transportation, and Industrial Automation sectors, primarily within Europe.
  • Serve as the technical liaison and point of contact for clients and internal project teams.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of products and solutions at client sites.
  • Provide technical training for clients and partners, including product setup and installation.
  • Analyze client requirements and prepare corresponding documentation, including Requirements of Management (ROM) and Description of Work (DoW).
  • Develop technical documentation to support pre-sales, sales, and marketing efforts.
  • Gather and relay client feedback and product requirements within SYSGO to aid in the formulation and execution of market segment strategies.
Your Expertise & Background
  • Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Software Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded systems/software development, support, testing, or validation.
  • Demonstrated experience in embedded system development (Linux/RTOS/Hypervisor/POSIX).
  • Familiarity with Automotive, Transportation systems, and/or Industrial Automation in the context of intelligent or connected devices.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines and levels, including executive management.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
