Your Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our Supply Chain Finance operational team. If you possess a passion for Supply Chain and have a proven track record in optimizing the financial performance of manufacturing facilities, particularly in project-driven environments, we would like to hear from you.

Your Mission

Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will serve as the Finance Business Partner to the Production Center Manager, delivering critical financial insights such as product cost analysis, project tracking, and inventory management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine action plans aimed at improving performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership:

  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing leaders to drive effective operations across various functions (Supply Chain, Engineering, Services).

Cost Control (Actual and Forecast):

  • Deliver detailed analyses, insights, and KPIs to support and challenge the Production Center Director and other stakeholders, focusing on:
    • Comprehensive product cost analysis, including evolution and gap assessments.
    • Monthly project reviews, planning updates, and revised cost forecasts with associated action plans.
    • Factory utilization metrics and absorption forecasts.
    • Inventory management (Raw materials and Work in Progress) in close collaboration with sourcing.
    • Support for CAPEX business case preparation and ROI tracking.
    • OPEX reviews, including analyses and forecasts with action plans for deviations.
    • Non-quality cost management (scrapping, rework, material discrepancies).
    • Assist in prototype and pre-series analyses by providing product cost evaluations and supporting cost reduction strategies.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Engage in the development of annual budgets and quarterly/monthly forecasts in partnership with department heads.
  • Monitor adherence to budgets and provide insights, comments, and corrective action plans for any deviations.
  • Collaborate across functions to present actionable plans that maximize profitability.
  • Adjust forecasts based on market changes and business requirements, delivering plans to optimize performance.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the Production Center.
  • Support internal and external audits by supplying necessary financial documentation.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and recommend enhancements to financial processes and systems for improved efficiency and accuracy.
  • Propose and implement ongoing improvements to existing analyses, tools, and systems through collaborative projects.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging financial technologies.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Controlling.
  • Strong technical skills in controlling.
  • Background in Industrial Engineering is essential.
  • Extensive experience with SAP FI/CO, MM, and PS in an international industrial context.
  • Advanced proficiency in Information Systems tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to lead in a matrix organizational structure.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of the local language is advantageous.
