Position Overview
We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist (also referred to as an Operations Coordinator) to assist field managers and personnel within BNI regions in France. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You should be proactive and responsive, ready to tackle challenges head-on, proficient with technology, and excel in both verbal and written communication. Above all, the successful applicant should possess a genuine commitment to addressing the needs of others.
Key Responsibilities
Manage collections through various payment methods Oversee data and database management Update communication channels with regional engagement information Maintain and distribute performance data spreadsheets Participate in weekly team meetings and status updates Collaborate with the Member Success CenterEssential Skills
