We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in LATAM. As a key player in our journey to develop the market, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers in implementing our RiskTech and RegTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • External Support (80%): Provide timely, efficient, and professional support to external customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Installation, Configuration, and Administration: Ensure the correct operation, optimization, and security of our software.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document and report errors, bugs, or requests for new features to the head office.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide comprehensive guidance on support, connection, and/or connection support from company software to customer databases.
  • Demonstrations and Meetings: Provide technology support service during demonstrations and meetings with prospects.
Internal Support (20%):
  • External Provider Management: Manage external providers.
  • Installation, Configuration, and Administration: Ensure the correct operation, optimization, and security of our software.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide assistance and support to technical problems related to computer systems, software, hardware, and networks.
  • Management Support: Provide support to the management team in specific requirements of the technology area.
