Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for commercial and marketing activities, including project management and coordination.
  • Manage creative agencies, promotional budgets, and monitor campaigns to ensure effective marketing strategies.
  • Support business insight and forecasting by analyzing data and providing recommendations.
  • Assist with brand and tactical planning, including preparing inputs, workshops, and consolidating versions.
  • Support basic CRM maintenance and administration, including data entry and reporting.
  • Place purchase orders and ensure accuracy and compliance with purchasing standards.
  • Monitor tactical plans and contribute to budgeting and ad hoc research.
  • Provide executive assistant support to team members, including diary management and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in a commercial administration role in the pharmaceutical industry.
