About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Strategist to join our Le Wagon for Business team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and engaging with key decision-makers and business leaders to promote our innovative solutions to their companies.

Your main objective will be to generate leads and qualify them while collaborating with our Growth Manager to maximize business opportunities and sales growth. You will focus on prospecting and lead qualification, managing the initial stages of the sales cycle from identifying potential clients to preparing qualified leads for seamless handoff to our account management team.

You will work closely with our marketing, career, and sales teams to develop targeted strategies, ensuring alignment and the delivery of unified business solutions. This is a full-time role based in Paris or remotely, with a salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the tech or education sectors;
  • An excellent communicator in both professional French and English;
  • A natural networker who excels at building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Results-driven, with a passion for lead prospection and contributing to the success of the B2B team;
  • A strong interest in technology and digital solutions, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate product benefits;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
