We're seeking an ambitious Sales Growth Strategist to join our team and drive business expansion. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a vital role in prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing high-profile prospects and customers.

Your primary focus will be on expanding our pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to engage with target accounts. You will work closely with our Account Executives, Marketing teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a growth mindset, be self-motivated, and have a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to change. You should have prior experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the SaaS industry. Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills are essential for success in this position.

About the Role
  • Pursue high-growth opportunities across our Sales teams.
  • Develop strategic plans to engage with target accounts and expand our pipeline.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to align sales efforts.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Execute outbound strategies to build quality, qualified pipeline in targeted accounts.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in lead generation and sales (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Highly motivated with a competitive edge.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
