Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at IMT Nord Europe. As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will work in research and development, in close collaboration with project partners, to increase the TRL by proposing innovative software for monitoring the quality of water resources and participate in the design of drones.
You will be responsible for promoting the results in recognised international conferences and international journals of the Q1 and Q2 journals. To meet the defined objectives, it will be necessary to capitalise on existing contributions, deploy algorithms for controlling aquatic drones to complement the network of fixed sensors, and propose a software package incorporating all these functionalities for the automatic construction of spatio-temporal maps of water quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Doctoral degree
- Background in Programming (C, Python, Matlab)
- Background in Robotics or Automatic Control
In addition to the required skills, we are looking for candidates with good level of English (B2 level or higher) and environmental awareness.

The estimated salary for this position is around €60,000 per year, considering the location and industry standards.
