About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing the media strategy in your assigned area, business unit, country, or category.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a media plan that aligns with our marketing objectives
- Work closely with the marketing team to assess the effectiveness of our media strategy and optimize for return on investment
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve brand awareness
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in media buying and analytics, ideally gained across the agency and industry
- Digital media expertise, with exposure to eCommerce best practices
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work with external partners and matrixed stakeholders
- A test-and-learn mentality, with a bias to action and a focus on process management
