About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Allocator and Planning Analyst to join our dynamic Merchandise Planning Department at TUMI Europe Headquarters in Paris, France.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Allocate inventory to 45 Full Price and Outlet stores based on assortment, store capacity, and monthly targets.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Create and update department reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate weekly sell-through reports on seasonal products for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels.
  • Promotions and Ad Hoc Support: Integrate promotions into the dedicated tool linked to in-store tills for both Full Price and Outlet stores.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Luxury Business, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years minimum of proven experience in planning, stock management, or merchandising within the luxury, premium, and/or retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
  • Excellent team spirit with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus.
