Job Description
We are seeking a Product Design Engineer to join our Research and Development team and contribute to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze marketing demands and respond with technical proposals that meet functional needs.
Study the technical feasibility of products.
Design and optimize products, taking into account applicable regulatory constraints (Machine Directive, Atex...).
Select the most suitable components and materials based on their technical and economic relevance.
Manage product development projects.
Ensure compliance with project budgets and deadlines.
Contribute to the definition of test scenarios and analyze results.
Collaborate with suppliers and monitor their performance during the development phase.
Participate in the development of manufacturing processes for industrialization.
Maintain technical watch on new materials and techniques.
Serve as a primary point of contact for R&D-related matters with internal services.
Support product launch and production.
Contribute to the company's industrial property strategy through patent filings.
Represent and promote the company's values and image.
Requirements
We are looking for an engineer with a strong background in mechanics, electromechanics, and/or electrical engineering, and significant experience in research and development roles within an industrial environment.
The ideal candidate will be rigorous, enthusiastic, and creative, with the ability to propose innovative solutions to optimize and improve existing products and develop new ones.
