Position Title: Administrative and Financial Coordinator
Company Overview: Join a dynamic organization and play a key role during a transformative phase.
- Oversee financial and management accounting functions.
- Lead a small team of 2 professionals.
- Coordinate financial operations across multiple sites.
- Conduct quarterly financial assessments and tax filings.
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation.
- Develop budgets and generate management analysis reports.
- Utilize ERP systems such as Odoo and demonstrate advanced Excel proficiency.
- Exhibit strong communication abilities and a focus on customer service.
- Opportunity for a permanent role following the temporary engagement.
Candidate Profile: A minimum qualification in accounting or relevant experience is required.
Proven background in financial management and accounting, particularly in multi-entity environments.
Proficient with financial software and tools, especially Excel.
Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to engage in cross-departmental initiatives.
Compensation: Attractive salary with the possibility of a permanent position.
