Position Overview

The Operational Hygiene Team Leader will oversee the activities of the EOH (Environmental and Occupational Hygiene) team, focusing on enhancing both individual and collective competencies in infection risk management. This role is pivotal in driving the continuous enhancement of quality care, assessment, and training in hospital hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and supervise the monitoring of healthcare-associated infections.
  • Engage in environmental surveillance and contribute to epidemiological studies.
  • Ensure that preventive measures are effectively established and maintained.
  • Provide comprehensive training and develop quality assurance tools.
  • Participate actively in internal committees and collaborative initiatives.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a DE Nurse diploma and a Cadre School diploma, along with relevant professional experience. A strong background in infection risk prevention is essential, and a university degree in hospital hygiene is preferred.
