We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Lead to join our Finance organization in France. As a Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of payroll specialists and ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for 3 legal entities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of payroll specialists
- Ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness
- Monitoring payroll updates, including new hires and terminations
- Processing withholding tax declarations and other payroll obligations
- Responding to payroll inquiries from employees and HR
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Over 8 years of experience in payroll management
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a payroll team
Technical competencies:
- Firm understanding of payroll processing principles
- Knowledge of local wage tax and social benefits regulations
