We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Omeva, a leading recruitment agency dedicated to the social, societal, and environmental sectors. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing a commercial territory, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in sales or a related field
- 3 years of experience in complex sales, preferably in a start-up SaaS or consulting firm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in French (C1 level minimum)
