About the Role

Credit Agricole CIB is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading and delivering IT projects that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pilot and deliver IT projects for the Audit and Inspection IT CASA lines, ensuring quality, costs, deadlines, security, and performance are met.
  • Improve governance with clients and partners.
  • Develop a vision for the evolution of the SI architecture for the Inspection General department.
  • Ensure convergence and decoupling of different domains within the same business area, contributing to application convergence.

Your Missions

  • As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for projects and evolutions within the Inspection General perimeter, in line with the TAO project methodology:
  • Cadre the projects and requests for evolution: understand the business need to propose solutions, estimate, plan, and organize implementation.
  • Ensure implementation and ensure respect for project methods and tools.
  • Define plans, budget estimates, risk tracking. Engage and meet commitments in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality.
  • Cadre and functional/technical specifications, project management.
  • Build the strategy for testing and ensure business satisfaction.
  • Ensure deployment, accompany the business in change management.
  • Animate project governance and ensure communication and reporting to project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the extended KLX team at Lisbon responsible for developing Inspection General applications (MyAudit, MyPlan, and HR applications).

Additional Responsibilities

  • Contribute to maintaining the operational condition of applications:
  • Support applications and production follow-up (quality of run, incident management, etc.).
  • Write project documentation according to the CACIB methodology.
  • Contribute to conceptual data modeling.
  • Control adherence to data-centric principles, security policy, and functional and technical choice coherence.
  • Formalize and track action plans, dashboards.
