Join Abylsen's Team as a Business Manager for Life Sciences

Abylsen, a leading consulting engineering group, is seeking a Business Manager to lead our Life Sciences Business Unit. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing our Life Sciences business, identifying new clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Life Sciences sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Lead a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of business development and growth in the Life Sciences sector
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
