Position Overview

Join AMAX as a key member of our finance team, where you will report directly to the CFO. Your primary duties will encompass:

  • Overseeing one or more divisions of the organization in a multi-location setting with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including data entry, reconciliation, and archiving, while ensuring timely payments and resolving supplier issues in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Recording and processing the company's financial transactions (payments, receipts) and performing bank reconciliations.
  • Conducting activity analyses, including margin dashboards and leasing oversight.
  • Preparing monthly cash flow forecasts and monitoring financial inflows and outflows.
  • Executing quarterly financial closings and preparing the balance sheet.
  • Completing tax filings (VAT, DEB, Organic, CVAE).
  • Occasionally managing the treasury functions of the organization.
  • Collaborating effectively with on-site teams and management.
  • Engaging in finance transformation initiatives (implementation of corporate procedures following ERP updates, DMS, e-invoicing).

This role requires a comprehensive approach to operational management across functions.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in accounting (bachelor's or master's level) and have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a comparable position.

We seek an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses a strong customer service mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork are essential.

Proficiency in office applications and accounting software is required.
