Pricing Actuary/Data Scientist

Join AXA, a global leader in insurance, as a Pricing Actuary/Data Scientist. In this role, you will be part of the Group Chief Underwriting Office, responsible for establishing, enabling, and driving profit and growth through Product Underwriting Strategy, Portfolio Design, and Technical Underwriting Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement pricing models and analytics strategies to support profitable growth.
- Collaborate with underwriting, entities, and pricing management to develop and deliver strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the development of the pricing platform, developing pricing models with scalable languages and building towards globally consistent and flexible models.
- Facilitate global pricing tool usage through sharing best practices, developing user guides, and maintaining records within a central model database.
- Support the TDO strategy with regard to technical pricing and support the building of pricing platforms and methodologies.
- Work closely with pricing actuaries, data scientists, and underwriting to deliver advanced analytical insights that support profitable growth.
- Proven experience within insurance pricing and with core actuarial and data science concepts.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience programming in Python/R, SQL, and Excel/VBA.
- Strong ability to work in a team, with strong communication skills and the ability to interface with teams having varying backgrounds/skillsets.
