Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough functional analysis and formalize business requests to ensure seamless operations.
- Challenge and propose innovative solutions to meet business needs, driving growth and efficiency.
- Support project planning and execution in collaboration with the project manager, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Define testing strategies, prepare test scenarios, and ensure flawless execution to guarantee the highest standards.
- Lead coordination meetings and discussions on various topics, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Guide users through the change process, including training, to ensure a smooth transition.
Your Ideal Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis and/or Test Management, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in analysis and testing techniques, with experience in AGILE projects.
- Autonomous, team player with strong communication skills, and a customer satisfaction-oriented approach.
- French and English proficiency, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
