Mission Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a consultancy firm specializing in recruitment, is seeking a Commercial Support Specialist (m/f) for a client operating in the global industrial sector of food and beverages, utilizing natural ingredients.

Reporting to the Director of the Customer Service Department for France, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of one or more clients with international stakes and significant growth potential. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Lead to Order Management
  • Collaborate closely with key accounts to develop product initiatives in conjunction with sales teams, manufacturing facilities, and clients.
  • Provide support throughout the project lifecycle until product listing.
  • Manage the dispatch of samples to clients.
  • Prepare and draft commercial proposals and monitor their progress.
  • Establish commercial agreements: framework contracts, spot contracts, annual pricing.
  • Ensure timely payments from clients and address any complaints.
  • Contribute to updating sales forecasts using client-provided data.
  • Monitor performance indicators and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Update client master data.
  • Handle and track complaints.
  • Support consultation processes (specifications, tenders).
2. Project - Data Analysis
  • Analyze data and recommend optimizations (forecasting, sales predictions, etc.).
  • Manage projects aimed at streamlining processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement decision-support tools.
  • Identify dysfunctions and participate in decision-making processes.
Candidate Profile
  • You hold a higher education degree (BAC +3 to BAC +5), preferably from an engineering or business school, and possess a confirmed professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar role, allowing you to develop strong skills in data analysis and project management.
  • Ideally, this experience has been gained within a sales administration and/or supply chain environment.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, both written and spoken, and knowledge of German would be an advantage.
  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is necessary, and familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • You are comfortable using digital tools and technology.
  • You enjoy analyzing figures and market trends and are proactive in proposing solutions.
  • You are recognized for your meticulousness, interpersonal skills, autonomy, and organizational abilities.
  • You can thrive in an English-speaking environment and possess excellent relational skills.
