Job Summary

The Head of SAP Domain role is a critical position within IS Leonardo, responsible for managing all SAP implementations across the company. This includes maintaining configuration, aligning with business strategy, and suggesting development scenarios for the Information System.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Define the strategy and roadmap for SAP implementations, ensuring their deployment and alignment with business needs.
  2. Lead studies to select new solutions, establishing appropriate business models for deployment and support.
  3. Ensure compliance of solutions with business needs and information system standards, selecting suppliers and managing contract execution.
  4. Resolve incidents and problems effectively, ensuring interoperability of SAP elements with the rest of the information system.
  5. Define and monitor performance indicators, implementing corrective action plans and promoting uniform adoption of solutions across the Group.
  6. Prepare budgets, ensuring adequate monitoring to achieve objectives, and contribute to technological monitoring and propose areas for evolution of existing solutions.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a major business school or engineering school or top-class University.
  • 10+ years of experience, with mastery of SAP applications, including Cable Industry Solution if possible.
  • Expertise in SAP project management, autonomy in administration and maintenance, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective learning skills, works well in a team environment, and strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Fluent English and proven communication skills.
