About the Role

Inatis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients and their teams during project phases
  • Manage team travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Develop and implement administrative tools and methods
  • Handle client correspondence and manage meeting arrangements
  • Provide administrative support and assistance as needed
  • Interface with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Classify and manage client documents
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
