About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-conscious Sales Consultant to join our team at IKKS Junior. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and display of products in the store
  • Manage the store's inventory and stock levels
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and products
