About the Role

The Transformation and Projects team at Euronext Market Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Transformation and Projects Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects within EMS, supporting company projects, and orchestrating the EMS transformation roadmap definition and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align project objectives with business change objectives and authorize project selection and planning.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from initiation to final operational stage.
  • Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on project activities.
  • Lead project teams in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.
  • Determine, monitor, and review project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a matrix management environment and coordinating resources.
  • Stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to inform business decisions to achieve shared objectives.
  • Organizational skills – structured approach, rigorous analysis, and follow-up.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving mindset with the ability and willingness to get into the details to find solutions.
