Position Overview:
In the context of the Dismantling and Services Division of the ORANO Group, the Operations Department of the Nuclear Park (DO PN) - consisting of around 1900 professionals - provides a comprehensive suite of industrial services for its client EDF, including logistics, site support, scaffolding, insulation, and various specialized maintenance tasks.
The Quality and Performance Division, part of the Means and Transformation Department within DO PN, is responsible for guiding and supporting all sites and activities in Continuous Improvement and Quality initiatives (audits, monitoring, customer satisfaction, and service compliance) to ensure the effective execution of projects and enhance overall performance.
- Executing cross-functional improvement initiatives based on identified challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the Quality strategy across DO PN locations.
- Ensure the effective application of the Orano DS Quality Management System throughout the department.
- Apply internal and client quality standards at the operational sites.
- Foster a culture of Quality and provide training on Quality, fraud risk, and HN3.
Enhance and measure customer satisfaction (key and regular contact).
- Evaluate customer satisfaction and compile results.
- Align perspectives by collaborating with EDF UTO.
- Ensure appropriate responses to FEP and suggest continuous improvement measures.
Support the monitoring and tracking of performance indicators.
- Assist in defining the DO Scorecard.
- Compile the Monthly Operations Review for the department.
