Job Title: Content Operations Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Operations Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for optimizing the team's operations, including processes, workflows, and tooling systems, to support both central and local levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, preferably within the marketing or content creation industry. They will be responsible for establishing the necessary framework for teams to execute the company's strategy effectively, aiding in strategic planning, and overseeing key creators operations projects.

The Content Operations Project Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations & Data and the Leadership team to drive strategic and scalable growth. They will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity, as well as identifying, deploying, and managing tools and technologies that support the team's workflow and campaign execution.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and project management abilities, an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. They will be proficient in relevant software and tools, such as project management software and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Identify, deploy, and manage tools and technologies that support the team's workflow and campaign execution.
  • Facilitate and promote collaboration between different teams, ensuring seamless integration of efforts and sharing of best practices.
  • Ensure key documentations/materials are always up to date and promote internal knowledge-sharing through dedicated events.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline events, coordinate opportunities with cross-functional partners, and track and analyze event performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategy and operational decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the marketing or content creation industry.
  • Knowledge in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
What We Offer:

Our brand new office is located in Saint Mandé, with a gym available in the building. Ability to work remotely. This position is not eligible for full-time remote work.
