Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at JSP, a leading manufacturer of thermoplastic foams. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, as well as adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and implement effective maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures.
  • Supervise and validate supplier work, ensuring high-quality maintenance services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in maintenance and experience in industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of fluid processes, mechanics, and analysis principles.
  • Electrical certification (low + high voltage) and experience with utilities and sprinkler installation.
  • Excellent communication and team spirit skills.
  • English proficiency.
