Reporting Structure:
This role is under the supervision of the Head of the Pricing Studies Department.

Role Overview:
Engage in the establishment and organization of the TCE division - Execute technical and financial assessments for construction or renovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrutinize all documentation within tender submissions
  • Initiate discussions with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Compute quantities based on project requirements and departmental structure
  • Formulate estimates in accordance with the DPGF framework
  • Evaluate proposals, selecting the most advantageous bids
  • Assess technical options, recommending construction methodologies
  • Suggest cost-effective alternatives
  • Draft technical memoranda, plan operations, and manage budgets
  • Present study recommendations during evaluation meetings with the Head of Pricing Studies Department
  • Engage in negotiation discussions with clients
  • Supply essential information to the construction team following contract acquisition
  • Assist in the selection and negotiation with contractors
  • Update pricing database in collaboration with the Head of Pricing Studies Department
  • Contribute to design-build project initiatives
  • Optimize and propose alternatives for project execution

Candidate Profile:
A minimum of Bac+2 qualification (BTS Construction Economics, Building License) with 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, or a recent graduate with a strong enthusiasm for the field.

Essential Experience and Skills:
Expertise in TCE project pricing
Familiarity with public procurement regulations
Knowledge of unit pricing
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Proficiency in Géomensura, Autocad, Attic+ (preferred)
