About the Team Hiring

Graitec launches an ambitious digital transformation program to revolutionize its business. You will be part of a new team of talented and agile experts to change and deploy our digital, e-commerce, and CRM ecosystems in all our geographies in Europe and North America.

Role Purpose/Objective

The GRAITEC Group Digital Director plays a pivotal role within the organization by overseeing and managing its comprehensive digital strategy and initiatives, particularly in the context of B2B operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Guide the digital transformation efforts across the organization, ensuring the integration of digital tools, platforms, and processes.
  2. Team Management: Lead and manage digital teams, including web designers, content creators, and digital media specialists.
  3. Digital Marketing: Oversee comprehensive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  4. Technology Integration: Collaborate with Digital Tech Director to ensure digital tools and platforms are secure and up-to-date.
  5. Website Improvement and User Experience (UX): Create global digital campaigns across all our sites, involving the creation of digital content.
  6. Budget Management: Manage the digital budget at corporate level and collaborate with countries in Europe and North America.
  7. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate digital strategies and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  8. AUTODESK Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborate with our main partner AUTODESK to establish an effective and fruitful relationship.
  9. Compliance and Security: Ensure that all digital activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
