We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of home care assistants, providing essential support to elderly and disabled individuals in their homes.
As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of those we serve by assisting them with daily tasks and fostering a sense of companionship and well-being.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist with household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and toileting (for AVS roles).
- Accompany individuals to appointments and social outings.
- Engage in stimulating activities and provide companionship.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of those under your care.
Qualifications:
- For Aide à domicile roles, no formal qualifications are required.
- AVS roles require a relevant qualification such as an ADVF Certificate, BEP Sanitary and Social Careers, Bac Pro ASSP, CAP Early Childhood, AVS, AMP, or AES.
- A valid driver's license (category B) and access to a vehicle are essential for both roles.
