Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure the overall integrity and coherence of the program.
  • Coordinate program management, inter-dependencies, and oversee risks and issues.
  • Manage large-scale, transaction-intensive, 24x7, multi-site, international operations with state-of-the-art infrastructure and high SLAs.
  • Perform financial follow-up, identify deviations, and set corrective plans.
  • Ensure quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program.
  • Coordinate new capabilities for business change and benefit realization.
  • Build and manage senior client relationships.
  • Implement a communication plan with all stakeholders.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management.
  • Master the AGILE method and have implemented it in projects.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management, conflict resolution, and contractual perimeter management.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
