Senior Manager, Technical Program Management Lead

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management Lead to join our Technology Services Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional IT programs, advancing project management best practices, and PMO reporting processes for the Technology Services department. Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing PMO standards and processes, creating roadmaps and plans for multiple related work efforts, and providing IT leaders with the information needed to assess and prioritize projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PMO standards and processes to drive optimal delivery of the IT Project Portfolio.
- Create roadmaps and plans for multiple related work efforts which roll up into program-level plans.
- Confidently liaise with program stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Provide IT leaders with the information needed to assess and prioritize projects.
- Proactively perform risk management and identify issues across functions.
- Monitor project financials and recommend budget changes where necessary.
- Provide onboarding and continuous learning opportunities to IT Project Managers.
- Manage and develop any direct reports.
Requirements:
- 10 years direct work experience in a project management capacity.
- Proven management and development of teams.
- Executive-level stakeholder management and reporting.
