The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our client experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client support
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian is required; proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot) is a strong asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
